Who's behind Okumen
Okumen was founded by John O'Keeffe, Founder and Principal, a career finance leader in government contracting who has served as CFO and Director of Finance at federal contractors ranging from small businesses to large defense and services firms.
John has redesigned indirect rate structures that lifted profitability, priced winning contracts, and walked away from the ones that lost money. He trained in mathematics and actuarial science, and works across the US and Ireland.
